Thank you for your interest in reserving space at St. John's. Please review the calendar and ensure that the space you would like to reserve is available. When you are ready to submit a request, please complete and submit the form below. A member of the St. John's staff will be in contact with you regarding your event.

Please read this before hitting submitting your request form. 

Physical set-up

If a special request for setup is required (tables, chairs, easel), please notify us. Special requests for setup may include an additional fee.

 

Regulations concerning use of facilities

  1. It is expected that the premises will be left in the same condition that existed prior to use, and that no other areas than those requested will be used or entered.

  2. The organization / individuals using the facilities are responsible for all damages or breakages.

  3. NO alcoholic beverages will be allowed.

  4. NO smoking is allowed on the premises except at the designated smoking area near the garage.

  5. NO use of the kitchen facilities including the stove, ovens, and dishwasher.

  6. Trash and recyclables shall be collected and removed from the building. Place these items in the containers found in the garbage shed.

  7. The floor is to be swept free of food scraps and left dry and reasonably clean.

  8. The preparation of coffee and light snacks is not considered use of the kitchen.

  9. The parish offers no assistance with set-up or break-down.

  10. There is very limited off street parking available. Be aware that St. John's Court parking restrictions are very strictly enforced by the police. St. John's Church is not responsible for parking infractions, and we ask that you and your guests be courteous and respectful to our neighbors.

Fees for outside groups 

  1. Church (concerts, other performances…): $125.

  2. Meeting Room, Dining Room, or Lecture Space (limited AV equipment is available): $50.

  3. Fees for regularly scheduled meetings are determined by the Rector.

Please note: a $50. custodian fee will be imposed upon any building user who leaves the building without properly cleaning or securing the facility after use.
